Hi Nayana! I’m wondering if there is a specific age (for dogs, specially) that we should start caring for joints, using the natural tools in a more regular basis? Thanks a lot, loved the webinar!

That’s a really good question Luanda that I should have answered in more depth in the talk, so thanks for asking 🙂 It depends on the breed of dog, any larger or highly active dog, or any breed that is prone to hip dysplasia can be started quite young, 3 or 4 is not too early to put them on supportive supplements. However, if they are eating raw food they will have less need of synthetic cartilage (glucosamine, chondroitin) etc as they should be getting plenty in their food. Certainly things like spirulina and rosehip can be offered regularly from younger age, to support healthy joints.
