Herb Suppliers in Europe
Hello! 🙂 Would anyone know of any good herb suppliers in the EU?
Baldwins in the UK no longer ship to Ireland and Organic Herb Trading Co. in the UK ship with a very high fee. I’m mainly looking for Valerian root for cats! Thank You! xxx

I’ve found pharmahorse.eu to be very good. They have valerian for horses – maybe you could grind it up for your cat, although the quantity you have to buy is possibly prohibitive – 500g minimum!
And Lesley, thanks for that link, they have some useful things to keep me ticking over while I wait to see if my herb delivery will clear customs this time 🙂
hi Maire, I would think if you just want a little bit for a cat you get it from Julie-Anne and Naturallycats.co.uk. She can put it in an envelope and send it regular mail, should get through. Or see if your local health food shop has valerian tea for humans, if it’s good quality that should work. I am working on fixing the broken supply chain, and heading towards creating an eu based animal botanicals shop by the looks of things, but just the beginning of the process….
