About The LHS Circle
We will have 24 live Zoom meetings from Spring Equinox to Spring Equinox, experiencing all the energetic seasons. In the live meetings we will learn about the intuitive and energetic architecture of the universe. Through meditations, you will explore your own unique system and how it works within you, what your intuitive path is and how you can best express it. We will explore the fears and resistances that are our epigenetic heritage and release them from your system. You will have lots of practice communicating with plants and animals and honest feedback so you gain confidence. By the end you will be in communication with the plants and animals, feel confident in expressing your own unique truth in a grounded and relatable way. And, most importantly, you will be ready to live a life aligned with your nature, that flows effortlessly and with great satisfaction.

Nayana is an animal wellness educator with multiple holistic therapies in her toolkit, and an IFS informed coach. More about her here
She loves helping people step into their healing prowess, but feels strongly that it is not something we need to learn, it’s something we all naturally have. All we need to do is stop believing it is something out there and turn our attention inside to where it has been waiting for our attention. We learn skills to give us a container (essential oils, herbs TCM) but the true healing comes from our connected presence and listening to the energetic rhythms. This circle is Nayana-in-the-raw no tools, no adding to knowledge, just sharing her passion for self growth and helping you find your way home. And of course, the animals of Over the Edge are our main tutors.
