Courses

By signing up to any of our courses you agree that you have read, understood and will abide by the terms and conditions found on the Essential Animals website and also the following:

All courses are intended to support you in keeping your animals well. They are not intended to replace veterinary medicine. If your animal is unwell you are required to first of all discuss this with a qualified veterinarian. Nayana Morag or anyone she contracts to deliver courses is not liable for any harm caused by incorrect use of the information offered on this site or the health of your animal in any way.

APA Certificate course sold on this site will qualify you to advise animal guardians how to use the APA wellness system to reduce stress and support an animal’s self-healing with natural management, and how to offer aromatics for self-selection. This course does not qualify you to treat or diagnose illness or prescribe medicine, or in any way replace veterinary medicine. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to know and respect the laws of your country of residence when working with animals.

All case studies, photographs and videos submitted for the course will be added to our database and may be used in our library or on social media, unless you explicitly request to keep them private.

Any live Zoom sessions or webinars will be recorded for replay. Participation in the sessions will be taken as agreement to being recorded. If you do not want to be recorded let us know and you can keep your camera turned off.

Students enrolled in courses may be refunded 80% of course registration price within the first 7 days of the registration date, unless the PDF documents are downloaded or any topic or lesson marked complete, in which case no refund will be given. There are no refunds after 7 days of course registration.

It is the responsibility of the students enrolling to ensure they are working within the laws of their country of residence.

Payments

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. We work with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails we reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received payment.
Students enrolled with a payment plan are responsible for paying for the course in full. Certificates will not be issued any payment is completed. Payments for payment plans are issued automatically each month.

By downloading the PDF documents within the first 7 days of enrolling, students are agreeing to pay for the course, and no cancellations of payment plans are allowed.  Essential Animals will perform multiple automated attempts to collect the payment of a failed or overdue instalment to fulfil this agreement until accounts with failed payments are paid in full. If a failed or declined payment is not paid, Essential Animals reserves the right to cancel the student’s enrollment entirely and remove student access to their course, including any and all course progress and quiz records to date. In this case, students will not be refunded previous payments made towards the course. To continue with the course, students shall be required to re-enrol in the course without payment credit for past payments. All payment plans will remain active unless cancellation occurs within the first 7 days.  It is however possible to pause the course on request, if you are struggling with payments please talk to us so we can help you.

Members of the Animal Wellness Community with an annual subscription or one year or more as a paying member are eligible for a 10% discount on courses purchased.
